How many designs can guests choose from?

Enough to feel personal, few enough to keep the line moving. The sweet spot is smaller than most people expect — and there's a reason for it.

The short version

Two to five designs is the sweet spot.

A menu of two to five designs gives guests a real choice without stalling the queue. Add an option to press a first name or a fill-in word and the bar feels custom to each person while the base menu stays quick. Too many designs slows decisions and the line, and it multiplies the transfers we have to stage. With live DTF, swapping between designs is fast, so a tight full-color menu works beautifully. For a single hero graphic at high volume, one design on live screen printing is the fastest setup of all. We help you land the right number on the planning call and prep every design ahead of the event for your sign-off.

Can guests add their name?

Yes. A first-name or short fill-in add-on is popular and only adds a few seconds per shirt. It makes a small design menu feel personal to every guest.

Why not offer twenty designs?

Choice paralysis slows the line and staging that many transfers adds complexity. Two to five designs plus a name option gives plenty of variety while keeping the queue short.

Do we provide the designs?

You can send your art, or we help build a small menu with you. Either way you approve every design and garment color before the event.
