A corporate t-shirt bar that walks the floor.

A logo tote gets stuffed in a bag. A shirt someone chose and watched get printed goes on their back — and your brand walks the whole event. That is the case for a shirt bar at any company activation.

Where it fits

Launches, conferences, staff days.

Product launches use the shirt as the takeaway that carries the launch art out the door. Conference and trade-show booths use the bar as the thing that pulls a line and gives your team a reason to talk to every person in it. Internal all-hands and appreciation days use it to turn a routine swag drop into an experience people remember. Same bar, three very different jobs — we tune the menu and crew to whichever you are running.

On brand

Your logo, your colors, done right.

We prep production-ready art from your brand files and confirm garment colors against your palette before the event, so nothing prints off-spec in front of your guests. Full-color DTF handles logos, gradients, and photo detail cleanly; for a big single-color company graphic at high volume, live screen printing moves the most shirts per hour. We help you pick on the planning call.

Throughput

Sizing the bar to the headcount.

A booth with two operators comfortably serves a few hundred guests over an event. For large conferences or big all-hands days we add crew hours and a second press so the lunch-rush line never gets long. Give us your expected headcount and event window and we quote the exact station and staffing to match — details on the pricing page.

Straight answers

Corporate bar questions

Can you match our exact brand colors?

We confirm garment colors against your palette before the event and prep artwork from your brand files. Full-color DTF reproduces logos and gradients faithfully, and we sign off on a sample with you.

Do you handle trade-show booths?

Yes. A shirt bar is one of the strongest booth magnets there is — it pulls a line and gives your team a natural reason to engage every visitor while they wait for their shirt.

Can you invoice a company and handle a PO?

Yes. We quote the event in writing with staffing and travel itemized, and work with your standard procurement process. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Admit One book the bar

Tell us about the event once.
